Replaced 40 gallons elect water heater. Replaced shut off valved to heater. Cable from roof vent. Cleared . Will need jetting of full house for restoration of sewer. High pressure drain cleaning restoration. Pressure clean 6 floor drain in south cooler. As well as 2 floor drains in milk receivers. Install 4" 2 way cleanout for septic line for apt B. Install new 40 gallon electric water heater for apt B. Cabled through 3" cleanout in front yard to city main. Found heavy root intrusion just past cleanout on camera. Cleared septic to pump lift overflow. Dug up between house and septic and found root intrusion. Made spot repair. Cabled thru toilet with rigid snake gun. Used wire to remove calcium deposits from jets. Cabled thru toilet with rigid hand gun Cleared stoppage with cable machine. Stoppage is at 90 25 feet from building (outbound). MLS: Building 25. Strongly recommend a new sewer from building to manhole. Ran jetter through same c/o again. Then ran jetter through manhole towards building. Cut away roots. Main sewer has a belly from sidewalk to tree. Also the connection from building to sewer is broken. This is not a smooth connection. Also ran camera through line to confirm it is clear. Cabled 1 toilet, men's handicapped stall. Replaced 1 flapper valve in men's toilet. Pulled and reset water closet. Install new wax ring and new bolts. Caulked in toilet and tested ok. Pulled trap primer for floor drain blow out line reconnected and tested ok. Cabled shower waste to main under floor. Replaced pressure switch and gauge. Replace sumer cable water well. Replace spud and drop pipe. Replace air tank for well system. Replace ball valve and hose bib.
